Estate Planning for Families With Young Children

  • Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union 73-5611 Olowalu Street Kailua-Kona, HI, 96740 United States (map)

What would happen to your children and assets if you and your spouse were to pass away? Who would you want to be the guardian of your children? Who do you want to control who gets what? These are some of the questions to consider with Estate Planning.

Estate Planning is a good idea for everyone, but even more important if you have minor children. Local estate planning attorney John Roth will explain how proactively planning with estate planning can make sure your children are taken care of, if something were to happen to you.

The best time to plan is when there is no need to do so. This program will include an overview of the basic estate planning documents and how they work in the State of Hawai`i.

Join us for this free presentation in Kona on Saturday, June 15th, hosted by the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union.

Anyone is welcome to attend this event. Please call 334-3343 for more information.
